The promoter of the “Huawei Puzzle” (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by [HuaweiDevice Co., Ltd.] (the “Promoter”) and is subject to the following conditions,by entering the Promotion, you (the “Participant”) are agreeing to be bound by them:
1) Be a registered member of Facebook.com
2) Set their “Current City” as public
3) To qualify to enter the Promotion, Participants must beat least 18 years of age. Proof of identity and age may be required.
General Rules
· Participants are required post the correctly assembled puzzle on your personal timeline by uploading the 4puzzle pieces in the correct order. Participants will then have to capture a screen shot of the correctly assembled puzzle, either on their smartphone or desktop and post their screen shot to the Huawei Device page as a page post and answer the question asked within the visual on the same post (the “Submission”).
· The uploaded screen shot must include the name of the user to prove that it was posted on their personal timeline.The Promotion is open from December 18th 2014 at 9:00AM GMT to December 28th 2014 at 3:59PM GMT
· The Promoter will choose one winner and 30 runners up out of all submissions after the submission period of the competition has ended.
· The Promoter will be giving away 1 Huawei Mate7and 30 Amazon gift cards worth $77 USD (the “Prizes”).
· The winner and runners up will be announced on January 5th2014 at 9:00AM GMT on Huawei Device Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/huaweidevice.
· The winner and runners up will contacted under their submission;the winner and runners up will be asked to provide their address and full name via inbox message to claim the Prize.
· The winner and runners up must provide their full name, email address, mailing address with postal code and their contact phone number by January12th 2015 before 3:59PM GMT.
· The Promoter will contact the winner and runners up individually with full details on delivery times upon receiving full contact details fromthe winner and runners up.
· Entry to this competition is free of charge and is open to all countries.
· The Promoter reserves theright, at its sole discretion, to delete any post it finds, in its sole discretion, to be against Facebook terms and conditions.
· Huawei Device may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if,in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or program Huawei Device’s representatives.
· Each entry must be your original, personal creation, and cannot have been previously submitted for entry, tweeted, published or submitted for publication.
· You warrant that your entry will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of any third party, such as the display of brand logos in any form, and will not contain anything that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening.
· The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the competition that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect,incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.
· The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.
· Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
· Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and deemed void.
· All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
· No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.All participants of the Promotion agree(s) to the use of their name and photo submission and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any post-winning publicity on Facebook.
· Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner and runners up. If the winner and runners up cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, thePromoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
· Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner and runners up.
· This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
· ThePromoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if:
o The Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe the Participant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or
o The information provided by theParticipant is invalid, incorrect, inaccurate and/or insufficient.
o Participants’ Facebook profiles are deemed to be fraudulent or violates Facebook’s Term ofUse https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms
Judging Criteria
· Submissions will be judged based on how heartfelt and meaningful the submitted answers are.
· The uploaded screen shot of the puzzle must be complete and assembled correctly in order to be entered into the contest.
· Each participant is only eligible to be chosen once as a winneror runner up.
· Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
Prize
· The prizes are as stated,are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternativeswill be offered.
· Warranty for the Huawei Mate7smartphone that is won from the Promotion will not be provided because it is being provided to the winner as a prize and not as a retail item.
Prize Delivery
· Huawei will cover all delivery-related costs for the winner and runners up. More details on prize delivery will be sent to the winner and runners up via email or Facebook private message.
· The prizes will be delivered to the addresses provided by the winner and runners up.
· Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
· Delivery times may differ on an individual basis due to factors including (but not limited to) different geographical locations.
Privacy and Personal Information
· Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Huawei Device for the purpose of delivering prizes to the winner and runners up.Other than announcing the names of the winner and runners up, Huawei Device shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Huawei Device to fulfill the above purposes.
