Sony Mobile has started rolling Android 4.4.2 KitKat update officially for Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z1 Compact as stated on their blog. Sony has released its schedule for Android 4.4.2 KitKat rollout for other devices also, Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia Tablet Z and Xperia ZR will be getting KitKat in mid Q2 2014 while Xperia E1, Xperia M2 and Xperia T2 Ultra and T2 Ultra Dual will also get KitKat but no release date mentioned yet.
Sony has updated Android 4.4.2 KitKat 14.3.A.0.681 firmware build for Xperia Z Ultra on its official product page and anytime now users will be getting it worldwide. It seems at present 14.3.A.0.681 firmware is in seeding stage and soon will hit globally on users handset.

How to do
- Download FlashTool from link above and install to your computer
- Download Firmware C6802 from link above and copy to C:\flashtool\firmware
- Run flashtool (if your computer is 32bit) or Run flashtool64(if your computer is 64bit)
- Turn off your phone and click on Thunder image in flashtool
- click on flashmod then click ok
- wait until it show like this then connect your phone to your computer
- wait until the process finish disconnect your phone and turn your phone on. done
